We do our best to be in-network with as many insurances as possible. Below is a summary of insurances accepted. You can also check through our online Insurance Checker.
If you don't have insurance, no problem. When booking your visit online you will see the price of the visit before completing your booking and will be prompted for your credit card.

Mental Health: Therapy and Psychiatry
Here is what we accept for mental health, by insurance category:
Commercial Insurance: this applies to insurance you get through your employer or on the exchange. We accept mostly all major commercial insurances, including:

Medicare Insurance: this applies to people >65 years old and/or with disabilities. If you have Original Medicare or a Medicare PPO plan, then you are in-network.
If instead you have an HMO medical group with your Medicare insurance, then we accept the following medical groups:

Medi-Cal Insurance: we unfortunately do not accept Medi-Cal as a primary form of insurance

HMO Plans
If you have an HMO plan, we can only accept patients who are assigned to Perlman Clinic. This means that somewhere on your insurance card you should either see "Perlman Clinic" or the name of a doctor who works at Perlman Clinic. If you're not sure this online tool may help you: https://perlmanclinic.com/insurancechecker/. It will inform you if you're in-network and, if out-of-network, steps you can take to join Perlman Clinic. You may also instead give us a call at (858) 250-0286.
