Our Approach
All of our therapy services in San Diego are 100% virtual, so you can receive care on the go or from the comfort of your home. Our licensed therapists use a combination of techniques from evidenced-based practices such as CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy) and Narrative Therapy.
These evidenced based practices help people identify unhelpful thinking patterns and core beliefs, practice being present and build self-acceptance.
